Chaparral Deck Rebuild

This 8' x 12' deck was too small for the new occupants of the home. The condo board regulations limited the depth of the deck to the current 8' dimension, so the project scope was to widen the deck to approx. 21' and install TimberTech Legacy series composite decking and fascia in the Pecan colour, along with Regal aluminum railing.

Evergreen Deck Rebuild

This 10 year old deck was showing it's age, along with it's poor design and workmanship. The 5/4 x 5 pressure treated decking was replaced with TimberTech's Earthwood Evolutions Silver Maple low maintenance composite decking.

Each riser of the existing steps was a different dimension, and there was no nosing on the treads.
Picture
The rebuilt steps used composite decking and risers for a safe, comfortable climb.

The treads on these stairs sloped down towards the back of the tread.

A concealed door provides access to the storage space under the deck.

Riverbend Deck Expansion

Picture
This second story deck had seen better days. The beam and deck boards were deteriorating, and the owners found the area was too small for their liking.
Picture
The existing structure was removed and new screw pile supports were installed to extend the deck the width of the house.

Low maintenance composite decking was installed in a diagonal herringbone pattern.

Aluminum railing, composite fascia and a retractable awning complete the project.
